Otters gay term

In the gay world, an otter is considered a thin gay male that is hairy and may or may not use a trimmer to shorten body hair. Some otters have beards, and some do not.

An otter is a hairy, lean gay man. An otter is a subtype in the LGBTQ+ community that refers to someone who’s lean and skinny, like a twink, but hairy, like a bear.
